feddersen group

with the feddersen group (1,100 employees in 21 countries), port f benefits from strong backing and a broad network of contacts. the group's global business activities include the distribution of engineering plastics, specialty chemicals, and technical products, as well as plastics production and services related to toll compounding, masterbatches, and biodegradable and bio-based compounds. additionally, the group is involved in the manufacturing of twin-screw extruders and the trade of stainless steel.

feddersen foundation

the k.d. feddersen foundation (sole shareholder of the feddersen group) was established by company founder karl detlef feddersen out of a desire to give back to society. since 1984, the foundation has operated a senior living facility in hamburg. the work of this non-profit foundation is largely supported by dividends distributed from the feddersen group. in recent years, the facility has been expanded in several construction phases and extensively modernized.
